What we are
A structured process and a comparison document. We collect proposals against one normalized scope, put them in a single format, project three years of real cost, and hand it to a Board that then decides on its own.
What we are not
Not a management company. Not a lead broker. Not a consultant — we do not tell a Board which company to hire, and the report is built so a Board does not need us to interpret it.
How we make money, in one sentence: the management company a Board selects pays a placement fee equal to that association’s first month’s management fee, minimum $1,500, once. Boards pay nothing at any stage, and no company can pay for placement or visibility.
