Keeping your profile and fee schedule current
Freshness is a published ranking factor and a visible badge.
The 180-day cycle
Fee schedules must be re-attested every 180 days. Boards see the date. Stale schedules are flagged, then deprioritized, then suspended from bidding.
Non-answers are visible
Declining to publish turnover renders as "declined to disclose," not as a blank. Firms that answer it win more often.
Verification is free
You can bid from the day you sign up; verification is a badge, not a gate. It is also itemized, so the work you have actually done shows: entity standing, your company license and each manager's license, AAMC accreditation, CMCA, AMS and PCAM designations, and general liability, professional liability, fidelity bond and workers compensation with the carrier, the limit and the expiry. Every line is checked against the issuing register, none of it costs anything, and none of it can be purchased. Give us the expiry dates and we write to you 45 days out, 14 days out, and on the day — a lapsed line comes off your listing on its own rather than showing a Board cover you no longer carry.
